The Pinedes Park
The Pinedes Park features approximately 60 villas and mini villas. Every individual house has a garden plot of 650m² to 950m² so there is plenty of space and privacy. The mini villas are about 30 years old. Many have been completely or partially refurbished.
The Pinedes park itself provides a recent (2011) large, free outdoor pool that is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. There are 2 play areas in the pool gardens as well. In the central park, there is an additional play area, free and reserved for Pinede park residents. The park grounds and the private plots of each mini villa are well maintained, but in a natural basic style.
There is parking for a minimum of 2 cars is possible at each house. Campers, RVs and tents are not allowed in the park. Roads within the park are essentially one way access to ensure that the passage by any given villa is the same as any another. The park is VERY quiet and restful. The Grand Classic Mini Villa
For those who are just looking for a clean simple spacious airy villa as a base for your holiday, the Grand Classic is just that, it has all the mod cons you will need, with no extra frills!
If you do want to take a bit of luxury you can book end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towel rentals as options.
To enter the mini villa you will pass through the paved covered terrace and seating area, you will see you have a beautifully large established garden area offering loads for room for children to play, the garden is not enclosed but does have a mature trees and hedges which offer privacy as these villas are in the heart of the Pinèdes park.
As you enter the Grand Classic you will see the living area is L shaped, the fitted kitchen is off the lounge area, the cupboards are well equipped for all your needs whilst away, on the worktop is a coffee Percolator, toaster and microwave, the kitchen also has the fridge freezer and gas cooker, with a four ring hob a small table has also been added to the kitchen with chairs for smaller parties to dine more or for extra workspace if you need it!
The dining area is to the front of the property, this compromises of a country table and bench style seating, overlooking the front garden of the property, the dining area flows into the lounge area with its sofa that can quickly be pulled and made into an extra bed for up to 2 people, a Charente style side board which holds the television. The property does have heating for the cooler nights if holidaying out of season and a large open wood fire (wood must be purchased locally- Bricomarché typically offers small bagged quantities).
Off the lounge is the master bedroom, which has either a double bed or two matching twin beds, a large wardrobe and bed side tables, another door in the lounge will lead you to the quad room, this bedroom has either two bunk beds or one bunk bed and standard single bed with another pull out bed stored under it (to give you 4 beds in total), a wardrobe and a bedside table. Each bed has a mattress protector, a duvet and 1 pillow per person provided.
The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a separate WC. The Bathrooms have been recently been re fitted with new glass shower doors and sink unit as well as new tile floors throughout the villa, however, they do remain no frills but functional!
