Chenes – Grande Villa 2 bedrooms

The Chenes is designed as a residential park for fulltime, permanent living. There is a total of 15 homes completed, the park will have 30 homes in total the end of 2013. Most of the houses are used exclusively by their owners and owners families, and about 1/3 are lived in year round by new or longstanding relocated Brossac families. The owners in the park are French, English, Dutch and Belgian. The garden plots are all at least 1100m² making this the most spacious of all the parks at Etang Vallier. The houses are each very spacious and are luxuriously furnished for your utmost comfort. The owners of the Large villas in the Chênes have all arranged a special priviledged access to the Clubhouse & Spa facilities which can be booked at the same time you reserve the house on line.And all the Resort activities and facilities are available to you (lake swimming, beach, mini golf, squash...)
By renting via RentCharente, you have full access to the Etang Vallier Resort sevices (reception and information, and support during your stay for maintenance.)
The Grande Villa in the 2 bedroom model is the epitome of space and open plan living. This beautiful brand new villa offers 2 bedrooms. (the 3rd is closed off and used exclusively by the owners). The Kitchen, dining and sitting room are open plan creating a sense of "great room".
This large main room has a well equipped corner kitchen kitted out with all the modern conveniences. The dining area is furnished with a large table and chairs for indoor meals and the sitting area is equipped with a sofa and chairs for comfortably watching a bit of television (satellite service in french and dutch). The double french doors from the sitting area lead you onto the covered terrace which is equipped with a garden table and chairs for outdoor dining which are sure to be some of the highlights of your stay. The terrace offers you 2 comfortable sun loungers as well for summer siestes!
Each bedroom is spacious. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 bunkbed (for 3 people total). The bathroom with separate WC is in the hallway. Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and 1 pillow per person. Bedlinen rentals and towel rentals are available as an option.
A spacious utility room ensures that you can tuck away any extra gear for a comfortable, beautiful stay. It is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The Grande Villa 2 bedrooms does not accept animals.
