The Chanterelle villa is a spacious new build in the residential section adjacent to Etang Vallier Resort “The Pinèdes”. You are just 500 metres from the lake, sports center, minigolf, play area and reception. This ideal position means that you benefit from a very spacious garden, a large, brand new house (completion June 2010) and all the activities and services offered by the resort.The extra-large kitchen is open plan to the dining and sitting areas and features all the modern conveniences in light and airy tones. The kitchen is equipped with a full size electric cooker, hob and extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the large storage room for your convenience, along with additional chairs and cleaning equipment.
The dining area offers a large table for 8 with place settings and serving dishes enough to create fabulous family meals. And the covered terrace offers shade from the Charente sunshine and an additional ideal setting for family meals. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs plus 2 sun loungers.
In the sitting area, you have a three piece suite, coffee table and television unit, as well as a flat screen television. The television features satellite reception of French TNT, Dutch and English channels. There are DVD players available to let from the Resort office if desired. (Reserve in advance). There is also a stereo player.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms: 1 extra-large double with a 160cmX200cm bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite shower room, a second large double with a 160cmX200cm bed, and a 3rd bedroom equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds 90cmX200cm to sleep 4 people. In all there is place for 8 people. There is a 2nd family bathroom with a bath and sink unit. The family WC is separate for convenience.

Any and all maintenance problems are dealt with by the resort office for a worry free stay, and the Resort staff is available for tourism information and general help.
You have free access to Etang Vallier Resort’s beach for swimming and playing, there is boating, kayaking, mini golf, bike hire and other fee based activities on site plus a selection of free summer activities. You can see the schedule on the website www.etangvallier.com . In addition, you benefit from preferred entry fees at the Clubhouse & Spa facility opening in 2011 with indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzis, hammam, massages, fitness centre, squash court, games room and snack bar.
