The Pinède Villa

This villa is our star for families... It is great for setting a fun mood. Families enjoy the 3 bedrooms all opening off the large, high ceiling lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area features two sofas and a coffee table and television with French TNT and basic satellite which gets a couple english channels (mostly news and weather...) There is a mini stereo system and a DVD player. There is also a fun collection of DVDs to browse through if you have a spare moment, or a late night to fill.
The dining table nestles to the kitchen. It is big enough for 8 comfortably, and 10 in a squeeze (the extra chairs are stowed in the closet out of the way...)
The kitchen has all the modern conveniences you've come to expect. Fitted cabinets, good lighting, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lots of storage, electric hob and full size oven as well as lots of dishes and serving pieces for putting together a family feast.
The bathroom features a tub, shower stall, WC and sink unit. There is a 2nd, separate WC so there are no inconvenient emergencies! Between the WC and bathroom is the small utility with the washing machine, ironing board and hoover.
The 3 bedrooms are perfectly fitted. The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed (for up to 3 people). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a double bed.
The covered terrace has 6 comfortable plastic garden chairs and table. The garden is very spacious and there is a bit of shade for parking your car. Often, families like to set up their own badminton or beach volleyball net in the garden....
