The Pinedes features approximately 60 villas and mini villas. Every individual house has a garden plot of 650m² to 950m² so there is plenty of space and privacy. The villas have all been built since 2005 - therefore they are modern, well equipped and perfectly insulated and heated. Each home is privately owned. The descriptions given on our website always describe the minimum of equipment and features of any house type- many far surpass their descriptions!The Pinedes park offers a new (2011) large, free outdoor pool that is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. There are 2 play areas in the pool gardens as well. In the central park, there is an additional play area, free and reserved for Pinede park residents. Parking for a minimum of 2 cars is possible at each house. Campers, RVs and tents are not allowed in the park. Roads within the park are essentially one way access to ensure that the passage by any given villa is the same as another. The park is VERY quiet and restful. You can see layouts of the park on the website www.etangvallier.com. If you have a preference for a specific park location when booking through our resort services, you can make your request during the booking process by making a note in the comments section. We always try to accommodate your request.
The Verne Villas for rent at Etang Vallier Resort give the most space available in the Pinèdes holiday park. Their 3 bedrooms are all organised off the hallway, leaving plenty of privacy for all, and the shutters will keep the sun at bay so you can have a good lie in! Every Verne villa at Brossac lake is individually owned and the owners have taken particular pride in personalising them for your utmost comfort. You will be pleased with the many homely touches.
The open plan living area is organised in an “L” shape around the exterior covered terrace. The kitchen is on one point, the dining area is in the bend and the sitting area is at the other point of the “L”. All the Verne villas at Brossac lake feature not only the covered terrace with its’ table and 6 chairs (plastic) but also extra large uncovered terraces in either wood or paving stones. This open area is perfect for sunning on the loungers provided or for play, some terraces have been enclosed to make them more secure for guests with young children .
The sitting room offers television, and some units are equipped with DVD players, CD players, english or dutch satellite, or TNT. (every rental house is different, remember to send an email requesting anything that is important to you to avoid surprises! We can’t guarantee the availability until we book you into a specific house.) The sofa converts to a double bed for up to 2 additional guests and you have a coffee table and chairs as well.
The dining area bridges the lounge and the kitchen with a large table and 6 chairs. Additional folding chairs are stowed in the utility closet if you are at maximum capacity.
The kitchen has every modern convenience you've come to expect. All the dishes, serving pieces, utensils and cookware needed for making great family meals from the fabulous charente markets and local producers are at your disposal. You will find all the little comforts you’d expect: microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker… And you will enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, extractor fan, full size fridge and freezer compartment.
BEDROOMS:
There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room (WC, Sink and Shower). The 2nd bedroom has either a double bed or 2 twin beds depending on the villa. The 3rd bedroom has either 2 sets of single bunk beds (for 4 guests) or 1 set of single bunk beds (for 2 guests). Make sure that you fill in the total number of guests on your reservation form including the children! You will find the beds ready to be made up upon your arrival. Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and 1 pillow per person. You have the option of also reserving bed linen rentals and towel rentals if you want additional ease of travel for your holiday.
There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and sink. The 2nd WC is either in the bathroom or located at the end of the hall. Depending on the villa, the washing machine is either in the kitchen, bathroom or the hall utility cupboard.
All Verne villas at Etang Vallier Resort are non smoking (you may of course, smoke on the terrace. Most do not allow pets- if you are travelling with your pet, please inform us. Once the available Vernes who allow pets are taken, we may be able to transfer you to an equally priced and equipped Charentaise villa.
